Preparation of PES filter membrane before cleaning
Before cleaning PES filters, a series of preparations must be carried out to ensure that the cleaning process is effective, safe and orderly.

1. Collect necessary tools and materials
Make sure you have the following tools and materials for smooth cleaning:

PES filter membrane
Cleaning tank or container
Cleaning solution (Select the appropriate cleaning agent according to the application)
Warm water
Soft brush or sponge (for gentle cleaning)
Warm water source
Ultrasonic cleaning equipment (if applicable)
Gloves and protective glasses
A clean towel or paper towel
Drying rack or air compressor (for drying)
2. Safety measures and protective measures
Before cleaning, ensure that appropriate safety measures are in place to prevent accidental injury and chemical exposure.
This includes:

Wear proper gloves and protective glasses to protect your skin and eyes from chemicals.
Work in a well-ventilated area to reduce exposure to harmful gases or vapors.
Read and understand the safety data sheet (SDS) for cleaning agents to ensure proper use and disposal of chemicals.
3. Prepare the work area

4. Check the integrity of the filter membrane
