An Autosampler Vial supports repeatable sampling when its geometry, material and closure fit the method and instrument. A nominal 2 mL capacity identifies a container format; it does not establish a validated working fill volume. Confirm needle access, sample stability and sealing performance under the actual sequence conditions before approving a vial for routine use.

Quartz Fiber merits consideration when binder-free silica addresses a documented heat or analytical-background requirement. The supplier lists a 1000°C maximum material temperature, not a guaranteed continuous duty cycle for the complete assembly.  A Mesh Filter provides a first defense against large suspended particles, but its opening must match the separation objective. Mesh count is not micrometre aperture: Gilson's U.S. test-sieve table lists No. 100 as 150 µm, not 100 µm.
