Extraction Thimble

For the experiments of extracting compounds from solid substances in the laboratory, a Soxhlet extractor (as shown in Fig) is generally used. Soxhlet extractor is composed of three parts: extraction bottle, extraction tube and condenser, with siphon and connection tube on both sides of the extraction tube. Using the principle of solvent reflux and siphon, the solid material is continuously extracted by pure solvent, which saves the solvent and has high extraction efficiency.Suitable for scientific research, colleges and universities, medicine and health care, and industrial and mining enterprises and other units of the laboratory.
